Auto-Fill Propane Delivery
Want to take propane monitoring off your to-do list? With Auto-Fill, Elite tracks your usage and schedules deliveries before your tank gets too low. It is a convenient option for homeowners and businesses that want consistent propane service without continually checking the tank gauge or remembering to place an order.
Auto-Fill can be especially valuable when propane supports important systems such as standby generators and other propane-powered equipment around your property.
Will Call Propane Delivery
Prefer to monitor your own propane level? Our Will Call option lets eligible customers monitor their tank and contact Elite when they are ready for another delivery.
We recommend contacting us once your tank gauge falls below approximately 40% so there is adequate time to schedule your delivery before the tank reaches a critically low level. Will Call service is available to customers who own their propane tank.
Propane for Standby Generators
Elite has a unique perspective on generator fuel because backup power is where our company began. We install, maintain, and service standby generators in addition to supplying propane, so our team understands how the generator and fuel system need to work together when utility power fails.
If your generator relies on propane, we can help plan an appropriate fuel system based on the generator, tank configuration, property needs, and other propane equipment sharing the fuel source.
Instead of coordinating one company for the generator and another for propane, Elite can support both sides of your backup power system. Learn more about our Residential Generators and Commercial Generators.
Residential Propane Delivery
Elite delivers propane for residential applications throughout our service area. Our team focuses on professional service, dependable scheduling, and long-term customer relationships.
Whether propane is primarily used for your standby generator or supports additional equipment around your property, we can help establish a delivery plan that fits your usage.
Commercial Propane Delivery
Businesses and commercial properties depend on a consistent fuel supply. Elite provides commercial propane delivery and works with customers to develop delivery schedules appropriate for their operations and equipment.
Our commercial propane capabilities are especially valuable for properties that use propane as part of a backup-power strategy.
Winter Pre-Buy & Budget Plans
Propane usage can increase during colder weather. Elite offers Winter Pre-Buy and budget plan options designed to help qualifying customers plan ahead for seasonal propane needs.
Ask our team about current program availability and which option may be appropriate for your property.
24-Hour Emergency Propane Service
Propane issues do not always happen during normal business hours. Elite provides 24-hour emergency service for our propane customers. If you have an urgent propane concern, call 703-339-2800.
If you suspect a propane leak or smell gas, leave the affected area and avoid operating electrical switches, appliances, thermostats, telephones, flames, or anything else that could create a source of ignition. Contact your propane supplier and local fire department from a safe location and do not return until qualified personnel have determined that it is safe.
